Transportation in all its forms fascinates me. It has since childhood. Trains, planes, ships and cars became objects of my dreams. I drew them, built models of them and, as we entered the space age, designed RV like rockets for travel. Car shows are especially fun. Vehicles posed and polished. Owners, often more interesting than their vehicles, ready to talk about cam shafts and tuned exhausts. These images are from a self-assigned mission to collect different color abstracts from a show at Nantasket Beach, MA. They also became the theme for my annual calendar project.
